Loan support and project reports
Banks lend on numbers a CA has stood behind. We prepare the CMA data and project report your bank asks for — sized to your actual business, not a generic template — for term loans, working capital limits and MSME loan applications.
What we prepare
Loan documentation services
CMA data workbook
Bank-format Credit Monitoring Arrangement data — operating statement, balance sheet, fund flow and ratio analysis, projected for the loan tenure.
Detailed project report (DPR)
Full project report for a new unit or expansion — cost of project, means of finance, viability and repayment schedule — for term loan applications.
Working capital limit assessment
Turnover/MPBF method working capital assessment for cash credit and overdraft limit applications.
MSME/Mudra/PMEGP loan support
Documentation and project reports sized for MSME schemes, including Udyam registration where it's still pending.
Prices shown are starting figures for straightforward cases and are confirmed before we begin, based on the loan amount and the depth of projections required.
What we need from you
- Last 2–3 years' financial statements or books (for expansion loans)
- Cost estimate of the project — machinery, working capital, etc.
- Loan amount and repayment period you're seeking
- Business registration documents (Udyam, GST, PAN)
Why a CA-prepared report matters
- Bank credit teams scrutinise ratios and assumptions closely — a weak report causes delays or rejection
- Projections need to be realistic and internally consistent, not just optimistic
- A signed CMA report carries more weight with the sanctioning authority
